Settlement of ʻAbd al-Rasul Khaliki with his wife, Khadijah Bibi, in which he settles a piece of land for 100 dinars and a man [each man is three kilograms] of wheat with her, so that after his death she will, with the knowledge of Mirza Hasan Kavardi and Sayyid Muhammad Jaʻfarabadi, spend 15 tumans for his funeral and to pay for his lapsed prayers, fasts, and other religious duties. The wife also settled all of the forty tumans of her mahr with her husband.

The document reads in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled 1500 tumans with three of his sons, Mirza Muhammad Riza Khadim, Shaykh Muhammad Baqir, and Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli, for a man [three kilograms] of salt. If the settlor dies and the two underage sons [Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli] are adults at the time of executing the will, the settled money, 1500 tumans, should be used for the expenses of the burial, funeral, and other religious duties. Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. ʻAlaviyah Khanum Kirmani's travel journal. ʻAlaviyah Khanum, ʻAli Khan and a few others went on Hajj and made pilgrimages to the shrines in Iraq. On the way back to Iran, she visited a number of cities including Tehran and the Nasiri Court. This travel journal was written by ʻAlaviyah Khanum Kirmani. On the first page of the book (this page was written by ʻAli Khan at the request of ʻAlaviyah Khanum), ʻAlaviyah Khanum noted that she wrote this book because she missed her husband and also to record these events in history.
